About the Tucker Center
Visiting Scholars
The Tucker Center offers opportunities for Visiting Scholars from
the U.S. and abroad to carry out their individual research as well
as to collaborate with Tucker Center affiliates. The Tucker Center
particularly welcomes scholars who wish to collaborate on a specific
project during their residence. Visiting Scholars typically work on
projects related to the Tucker Center’s current programmatic and
research lines, but also welcome those whose work is parallel or
complementary. These research projects, and other work conducted by
the Visiting Scholars, constitute an important part of the Tucker
Center’s ongoing effort to make a difference in the lives of girls
and women through sport and physical activity. Visiting Scholars are
funded from external or personal sources.
