About the Tucker Center
The Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport is an interdisciplinary research center leading a global effort to accelerate change for girls and women in sport and physical activity and their families and communities.
VISION: To be a thought leader and catalyst of systems change for girls and women in sport and physical activity.
MISSION: We conduct solution-based research, translate knowledge, provide educational opportunities, and engage in community outreach that impact girls and women in sport and physical activity.
On the 50th anniversary of Title IX on June 23, 2021, the Tucker Center released a promotional video featuring Dr. Nicole M. LaVoi, TC Director, speaking on the Women Collegiate Coaches Report Card (WCCRC), community research, tools for getting the data out to "drive decision-making and drive action for social change," and much more...
